We are raising funds to purchase a $1000 medical kit for the new dorm at Daylight School in Kenya.

This week we will end the summer series by connecting stewardship to our time. Our goal will be to understand the practical need and privilege of investing our time in eternal pursuits. Why is it necessary? What might that look like? And how might the Lord direct that in the months ahead? I hope that you will join us as we end the summer on a bang.

Urgently needed right now are boys’ baby clothes and women’s socks. We also need a women’s size XL winter coat, women’s size L winter coat, and a size 8-10 youth girls’ winter coat.

To raise awareness and funds for a Daylight Center medical kit, please stop by the church booth on Sept 8 and check out all of the delicious offerings!  

Women’s Retreat – Sept 21-23  

Jesus urges us to store up treasure in heaven. We will examine Paul’s teaching from 2 Corinthians and connect this with some practical ways to give sacrificially. You won’t want to miss this week. I will share a unique opportunity for each of our families to experience the joy of giving.

The Girls’ Bible Study will meet at the church this Wednesday, August 22nd, at noon. Please bring a sack lunch.

Evan Tuttle has completed the battle stations part of his basic training in the Navy and will be graduating next Friday.  Well done, Evan!
